HAMILTON, ON  April 1, 2011

Third Planet Energy Solutions is pleased to announce that we have reached a new agreement with Enistic Ltd of the UK to sell the complete Enistic product and service line under the name Enistic Canada.

Paul Korber, President said of the agreement "we are very pleased to extend our relationship with Enistic and become more closely aligned.  We see this as a very positive move to clarify our marketing message for the the Enistic product line in the Canadian market."
